I’ve been waiting to share this with all of you for months and finally got the go ahead from my publisher. My novel AND THEN THERE WAS US comes out April 9th, 2024 and the cover is absolutely gorgeous. What do you think?

This will be my fourth novel (second published) and it’s impossible for me to tell you how excited I am about this book. Here’s what And Then There Was Us is about:

After being kicked out of her mother’s house at age fourteen after years of physical and verbal abuse, Coi moved in with her father, and together, they created a peaceful life. But now, four years later, that peace is shattered when her mother dies, soon after reaching out to Coi. 

While Coi struggles to find the kindness in her heart for the woman who only hurt her, Coi’s mother’s passing does help re-open the door to her mother’s side of the family, including her beloved younger half-sister, Kayla, her stepfather, and her grandmother. Each of them challenges Coi’s long-held views about her mother. Reconnecting with her family means hearing about a life with her mother she never experienced, forcing her to ask herself what it means to forgive and be forgiven, and most importantly, what it means to be a family.
